My Story
Hello, Friend! My name is Mahal Ramos, and I've had quite the journey so far. Born in the Philippines, I grew up experiencing the rich culture and vibrant community of my homeland. However, my path took a turn when my family moved to New Jersey, and later to California, where I've called home for a significant portion of my life.

My story isn't a traditional one. I've often found myself paving my own way. I became the first in my family to embrace Christianity, a decision I made on January 15, 2006, at Faith Baptist Church in Canoga Park, CA. This pivotal moment ignited a passion within me to serve others and share the transformative power of faith.

For over a decade, I dedicated myself to various ministries, including women's discipleship and Reformers Unanimous, a faith-based addiction recovery program. I supported teens and women as they navigated the challenges of addiction, offering prayerful guidance and support along the way. As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator at women's conferences, I shared my insights and experiences, empowering others to overcome obstacles and live fulfilling lives.

In addition to my ministry work, I found myself drawn to the world of marketing. I entered the field during the rise of lead generation as a lucrative revenue channel, eventually rising to the position of Global Director for a lead generation company. In this role, I managed a team spanning five countries and collaborated with esteemed clients such as Adobe, Epicor, and Dell.

Despite my time in the corporate world, I felt a calling for a change. I became a member of the TulsaRemote program and made the life-altering decision to relocate from Los Angeles to Tulsa. This transition marked a new chapter in my journey, one where I now manage a team of five at a creative agency based in Tulsa.

Throughout my diverse career and life experiences, one thing has remained constant: my passion for coaching and empowering others. I believe in real talk with real solutions for real-life challenges, and I'm committed to helping individuals reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
